From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short drive from the entrance to the ancient city of Petra, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this world wonder. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to the tranquil and beautifully designed rooms was a true delight. The attention to detail in the room decor and the cleanliness was top-notch.

This hotel was great. The staff were all amazing. We were treated like VIPs. The room was lovely and clean. Turndown service in the evening included new towels and treats. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was located just across from the main Petra gate and just around the corner from nice restaurants and shops. Dinner service was quite good.

We have stayed 4 different hotels in Jordan. It was the most perfect one so far. The lobby looks very luxurious. They have very beatiful interior designs in the lobby and corridors. The breakfast was so far the best one. They have to many options to chose from cheddar to pastries. They put 2 types of tea and coffee to rooms. They have parking area which is very important considering Petra's narrow roads. The staff was very helpful. They explained us how can we travel in petra, which roads should we chose. They even gave us small presents when we are checking out. Thank you for everything...

Everything is fantastic: the staff Is smiley, welcoming and very smart and fast in giving advice and making arrangements. The hotel is in a very good location , near to restaurant, shops, but also to Petra Visitor center. Our room was comfortable, big enough and bed and bathroom were perfect! Great find! Very new, super comfortable, great shower and comfy bed. CLose to Petra entrance (strongly suggest you drive as the walk back would all be uphill). They made us a great take away breakfast since we left early. Also a differentiator is that this hotel is very close to several good restaurants, and importantly you can walk as its all level ground, Highly recommend. Staff is great and helpful

We had a fantastic stay at Twilight Hotel — Moumen’s place really felt more like a home than a hotel. The rooms were big, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. You can tell a lot of thought went into setting it up. The location is great too — up on a hill with amazing views of the city lights at night. It’s just a short drive from the Petra Visitor Center. We had our own rental car, so getting around was easy. What really made the stay special was Moumen himself — such a friendly and inspiring guy with a real love for his country. He made us feel so welcome. We had some great chats with him every evening after a long day of exploring Petra. It also happened to be just us staying there, so it felt even more peaceful and personal. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and local — a nice way to start the day before hitting the Petra trails. If I ever come back to Petra, I’m definitely staying here again. Highly recommend this place — cozy vibes, great views, and a top-notch host!
