The cleanliness is excellent, and I’m very particular about that. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The restaurant menu is delicious—I tried most of the dishes during my stay. Chef Ahmed is world-class, and his dishes are outstanding. Finally, the hotel is located inside the castle, and the security is top-notch. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

I had an amazing time in San Gimignano and the hotel is also part of that. Hotel La Cisterna is excellent, location is perfect, the room was very clean, bed super confortable and the view of the window of my room was spectacular. Breakfast was also great and the people there very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere with the Tuscan countryside setting, the pool, etc. My room was spacious enough, clean, with a nice view on the backyard and the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden and even got to go on morning runs!
