A recently & thoughtfully updated, equipped, and decorated apartment of a high standard. Ideal for our needs. And a great, wide view from the balcony towards the sea, and along the coast from.Gaeta to the Garigliano, and beyond. Location is 5 mins walk uphill to centre of Minturno. We were investigating military history in the area and the hosts made some very helpful introductions that made our mission much more successful - thank you Giusy & Asunta.

Ada and Roberto have been amazing our whole stay. We've felt like part of the family, they have treated my children like their own. They go above and beyond in all they do. Roberto even took my partner to the barbers when asked for the closet one. Food has been delicious, fresh homegrown, and homemade everything. Complimentary goodies with drinks ordered. Apartments are beautiful, clean, spacious and everything you need, in a stunning location. I was fortunate enough to spend my birthday here and the attention to detail for birthday dinner was wonderful. Ada even made me a birthday cake catering to my daughters dairy allergy. We've already enquired about staying here again next year. Until next time ❤️ Ada and Roberto are probably the kindest family I have met on our holiday. The food is indescribable it's that good. We liked the villa in whole, the views from terrace are spectacular. The bedrooms and bathrooms are in the high standard. Beds and pillows very comfortable. No smell in the house (no damp or smell of uncleaned house). I really liked to sit on the kitchen in the morning, open window and enjoy the amazing view. Kitchen is very well equipped in everything what's needed for cooking or do a barbecue. Large Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Good wi-fi. Great communication with host. Very helpful and responsive for all questions. Perfect place for a really big group of people. I think that about 12 sleeping is available. We had some pets visiting everyday, firiendly dog and 3 cats, that was so nice to see them coming every day to grab some food. What is really interesting about this Villa is that you can feel like entering hotel :) there is a cute oldfashion reception and waiting area in the main hall at the entrance and living room Has a huge fireplace that is situated on a higher level which looks like a stage - some karaoke fun can be done :) Stay at Villa was the second part of our holiday, was ment to be relaxing time with family and it really was (after we got married on Amalfi Coast week before). Thank you for everything! We had great time!
