Checked in late night with a swift reply.we was visiting close by and was totally shocked by how well the apartment was.plenty of space for 3 people or even 4 adults.price was very affordable.parking was easy as its a little town not many cars. I would like to thank the owners for a lovely,stress free stay.

The geographical location of the apartment is key: just minutes walk away from the historical centre and for that reason surrounded by full quiet, day and night, also in a very nice and restful garden. Besides, I could enjoy an efficient and effective Wi-Fi service by correctly teleworking for hours. We will definitely come back!

Villa Vacasio is a unique place. Quiet, calm, clean and tidy. Care has been taken to ensure the intimacy of each flat. Each flat has its own patio, shaded by beautifully growing flowering plants. A swimming pool is located in the centre. Beautifully. But above all, the atmosphere of the place is created by the family. The couple: Lucilla and Marco, their daughter Violante (if I spell it right) and the parents. They all care about the comfort of the guests. They are friendly, open and always available ... This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!
