The accommodation was comfortable, quiet, and spacious - especially appreciated were the kitchen and balcony as amenities. The hotel was also conveniently located, and being right above a Conad was super efficient for any needed items. Absolutely stunning hotel, complete surprise, location is isolated (just 5 minutes) from busy towns, brilliant. The views down to the Ioneon sea are superb, the remoteness a bonus, this is a destination to enjoy and relax. The hotel is in a quiet area near the sea. The room. Was lovely clean confortable and fully equipped. We had a lovely stay. Swimming pool was lovely and clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a pizzeria near the sea.. Pizza was loveky and staff was very nice.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The estate is beautifully renovated, keeping the rural yet modern and comfortable atmosphere. We were impressed by the attention that was given to every detail, in the room, the halls and the gardens. It is very well located in between the mountains and the sea, close to the historic town of Rossano. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast is rich and delicious. We also want to thank the owners and staff for their generosity, very kind service and good tips for traveling around.

    A hidden gem in Italy.

    A hidden gem in Italy. The new city centre is certainly not the most beautiful but it's largely compensated by the front sea, the old city and the people in Rossano. We didn't have a first sight love but after 5 days there and a total of 45 days in Italy, it became our favourite place in our whole Italy trip. Not too many tourists, people are amazing, food is awesome, many options for food. Will go back there 100%.

    A great B&B with private air conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all very well appointed. A great breakfast of fresh brewed coffee, cereals, fruit and pastries etc was provided each morning. The location is set high above the town providing stunning views over Rossano Old Town down to the coast.

    Beautiful property in the heart of the old city of Rossano! Wonderful owner who greeted us with the keys. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Our family of five had plenty of space. Just a great experience and we would definitely return!
