Peschici was great but our mistake was booking a stay at Villa di Pasquale. They gave us a very uncomfortable unit with no hot water. They told us in writing they would refund us for the 2 nights we did not use, then refused to do so. Beautiful sandy, well-maintained, equipped, clean beach. Amazing views of the white city on the rock. Warm, clean sea and a well-lit pier for evening walks. Historical old church-fortress, sounds of bell calling for mass. Wonderful small restaurants and taverns with fresh fish, octopus, cuttlefish, shellfish, just caught. Great Italian food. Peschici is a buzzing and atmospheric town, white buildings and blue windows make it look quite Greek. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Good shopping. Peschici is an amazing place to stay, with crystal clear sea, friendly people, lots of monuments, and options where to go on the trip like Tremiti islands or sea shore caves. The local cuisine is also amazing and very tasteful.Guest review byDášaCzech Republic - 10.0
We visited the town in the evening and it was charming.
We visited the town in the evening and it was charming. The old town has typical Italian charm and the choice of restaurants was really good. The town, the views are really pretty and worth a visit. I did not visit the many small stores but if you like the ceramic or local products there was plenty of choice. Best to wear proper shoes as the old stones are typical and fit but not easy to walk. Locals are friendly and foreign tourist were few. So it was very Italian and no so much tourist location. We liked it a lot. We had dinner and drinks at a small place build into an original fortress tower (there is only one) and the staff was super friendly serving wonderful and reasonable priced food.Guest review bySelia-PeterNetherlands

We were treated like family and every aspect of pur time here was incredible. We certainly hope to be able to return to this DIAMOND on the Adriatic....I must mention the pool was perfecto. I think the D'Amato family even booked the best weather for us too. Peschici is a wonderful place... We walked i easily into the old town ( 10 mins) and down to the beach (10 mins) Quiet location despite main road outside- but were we there in low season (April). There was free parking on road outside, but this would not have been free from 1 May.
