Right from check-in, everything was a smooth and pleasant experience. The hotel was modern with quite and spacious rooms. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room met our expectations. The breakfast was good. There was provision for free and gated parking.

If you travel by car the hotel has an ideal location to visit Vicenza and Verona. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, 4 pillows, we received free chips and biscuits, tea and coffee. bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet and a shower. The breakfast is wonderful, offers a great variety of salty and sweet stuff. There was a tourist group of 140 people there but the staff made a heroic effort to keep the servings available. Parking is free right in front of the entrance. Wi-fi is strong and stable.

Great hotel, awesome location, the receptionists are very kind. Rooms are clean and spacious with fridge and safe. The hotel has a private parking lot with video surveillance, which is great. We would recomend it and we hope to come back.
