The building is brand new and equipped to the highest standards. The rooftop terrace is fantastic- a 360 degree view on the lake panorama. The staff is without exception welcoming, attentive and kind. Spacious and free parking. The hotel is just across the street from the boat lines leaving for the islands.

This is the place to stay in Stresa. Fabulous quiet views over the lake. The views and tranquility were only surpassed by the friendly , professional staff. Carlo, manager ,and the rest of the team , assisted with everything we needed - locations to visit , gaining tickets and arranging transport . They provide an incredible tasty breakfast , and you will not have to eat until dinner ! The facility is spacious , clean and has self contained kitchen facilities. The added bonus for any traveller is the laundry facility on- site. On the street waterfront , the local restaurants and shops are at your footstep .

The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

    We truly enjoyed our 4-day holiday in this “Hill-Flower” hotel. The 3-star hotel facility and service is professional and impressive. I on purpose chose a rather quiet beautiful place but still easy access to the city. We liked our room with a lake-view balcony with privacy too. The owner family members are so nice and friendly. Thank again Hotel-Mama for your caring for my breakfast, and thanks to Hotel-brothers for your kind services and humour talks with us. The meal and drink by the mountain-lake view terrace is very cozy.
