The place/farm was situated in the beautiful Tuscany landscape in the middle of Val dOrcia close to all the small villages you want to visit. Our hostess and her daughters were absolutely gorgeous, friendly and helpful. The room was big with a beatiful view, comfortable bed and lots of hot water for good showers. We stayed for four nights and the breakfast was excellent with a new surprising hot dish every morning. Most products produced on the farm.

The family run hotel was amazing. The facilities were great. Info given to us and suggestions made by Nikolo was worth our time. Best cakes for breakfast. A definite YES, if you want to stay away from the busier centre town. 5 km away from old town Montepulciano. We were sorry to leave.

Amazing location in one of the most beautiful towns we have ever visited. Silvia had all the local information on check in and we were sorry we missed breakfast first morning as it was an amazing with a big selection of hot and cold foods. We had a wonderful stay at Arts Club Suite & Spa. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and very atmospheric, with a stylish and elegant decor. We stayed in a two-room apartment with an incredible view and two large balconies, where we could relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. The apartment was clean and spacious, featuring private bathroom, two fridges and a small kitchen with coffee express (if there is a need for glasses or cutlery you need to ask at the reception). We were warmly welcomed, and Cristina, the host, made sure we had everything we needed and felt at ease. She also recommended some great local restaurants and even offered to make reservations for us. The hotel features a lovely spa with a jacuzzi and sauna, which was available exclusively to us for 50 minutes each day. It was a great way to unwind and relax, though you need to book your time with the staff in advance. The atmosphere was perfect. We felt well cared for, but the service was never intrusive. It was a great place to rest, recharge, and explore the beautiful countryside. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the busy city, a relaxing spa experience, and a chance to explore the stunning Tuscany region.

    Monticchiello is a great hill top village to stay overnight when travelling through Tuscany. Beautifully quiet in the evening but with a number of restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes. We ate at Osteria Fra Paolino which was exceptional and proved to be the best meal of the 2 weeks we spent travelling from Rome through Tuscany to Florence.

    It's a small citadel village in Tuscany with a lot of character. It's best to brush up on Italian language skills before going as you can't fully get away with just English. It has a great circular walk around the fortress walls that leads into the inner part where houses and restaurants come with great stories and are inhabited by great people. The evenings are lively with tasteful music playing in the background and many patrons enjoy a good drink and some well executed food.

    Had a great cooking class at Restaurante Daria. Not only learned how to make local favorites but got to eat them along with some great wines as accompaniment. And also took home a recipe book which included what we prepared.

    Francesco is a lovely host at la casa di Adelina.

    Francesco is a lovely host at la casa di Adelina. He immediately made us feel right at home as he showed us around the shared spaces and our private space. He also shared the fascinating history of his family and the "casa." He is a wonderful baker and prepared beautiful, delicious breakfasts each morning. He answered every question we had about the town, allowing us to explore with confidence. He made excellent recommendations. I would HIGHLY recommend a visit to charming and friendly Monticchiello and to la casa di Adelina. We hope to retun.

    Monticchiello is a lovely small town in the heart of Val d'Orcia. We stayed here several days and traveled by car to other places in Toscana. There are a few good restaurants in the town and the most breathtaking view on Toscana hills.

    A beautiful mountain top Tuscan hamlet. We walked around the walls and tiny streets. We ate at Dario’s where we had a delicious lunch of suckling pig. We attended a wedding at the church which was an amazing experience.

    Position is just brilliant if you want to explore Val D Orcia. It is located just close to the town of Montecchiano, but you still feel like you are in the countryside. Beatiful view on Val D Orcia and Pienza, very nice garde and nice old house. Brakfast very good, hosts nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation in the heart of Tuscany, in an amazing village, with such great hosts, an amazing cake (self baked!) and fruits as a welcome gift; the hosts are a family and always happy to help.     We stayed here for a friend's wedding. It was perfect for a few nights and well located within Monticchiello. We didn't meet the host, but they were very helpful over WhatsApp, even providing phone numbers of local taxi companies and an iron!

    Guido was very very helpful during our stay and before. We liked the location very much, the apartment is centrally located in a charming, lively, historical Tuscan village. We appreciated renovated bathroom and very good quality toiletries.

    Staying in Torre appartments con vista was magical. Waking up in this little apartment in Monticchiello was so perfect. Views over the hillside and the village, strolling to the restaurants and enjoying this perfect, quiet little village.
