I had a fantastic experience and I can't recommend this place enough! The staff were absolutely amazing – so helpful, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available to offer guidance or assistance whenever it was needed. Our room had a large balcony with table, chairs and sun-loungers. The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was impressive, the food very good. During our stay the Queen died, and many of the staff came over to us to offer their condolences. A beautiful traditional mountain hotel located in a fantastic location by the lake. Beautiful treachery with a pond, waterfall and trout. Very friendly staff who are interested in your comfort. We walked all the way to the lake in France and made a lot of other hiking and even saw some animals.
