This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!

Location is very close to the Mestre train station for those who don't want the cost and hassle of staying in Venice proper. For a streamlined hotel/hostel, Meininger has excellent facilities. Rooms are functional and very clean. I brought a university group of 15 students a month ago and then returned with my partner last week for a get-away to Venice from Florence. We found it met all our needs. When I am next in Venice I will return to this hotel.

Very close to Mestre Station, and there’s a bus in front of the hotel going to the main attractions. There’s Restaurants and grocery store next to the hotel. Easy access to the airport too. The staff were so nice too especially the lady in the reception when we arrived,( forgot to ask her name)

The hotel was in a great location. Outside the front door was the bus stop for bus 43 to take you on a short trip over the bridge straight to Venice. There was also a train station that did the same a short 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure you had all the information you needed to get around and assisted with any questions you had. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Breakfast was a buffet and was good. I would recommend this hotel if you're visiting Venice.
