We stayed in five different apartments in Sardinia, and for this price, this one is the best. The apartment is brand new, with a fresh renovation smell. The kitchen has everything you need, with brand new cookware and dishes, we prepared a wonderful seafood dinner on the new pan and served it on new plates. This place is definitely not for just one night, but perfect for a full vacation. By car you can easily and quickly reach the best beaches on the island. The hosts are a very lovely young couple, they welcomed us personally and recommended the best places to visit. We 100% recommend this apartment. P.S. In the hall, the entire wall is painted with a mural — unusual and very beautiful, it made us smile every time we saw it.

The family owning B&B da Rosella did everything to make us feel the best. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in, really good mattress, two choices of pillows (the memory foam pillow was excellent). The room is very clean as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, good choices between savory and sweet. I would definitely come back.

    What a wonderful place with great hosts.

    What a wonderful place with great hosts. We received a warm welcome with arrival drinks abs the room was exceptional. Tastefully and beautifully renovated and decorated with Sardinian touches. Sylvia and Alex have such a personal touch and booked us at an amazing seafood restaurant nearby. The breakfast was out of this world and beautifully presented. Such variety and lovely use of colour. A wonderful and welcoming oasis to explore the beauty of this part of the island. We cannot fault our stay. Exceptional!!!

    Dommu Livia is a really cozy & clean apartment accommodation near the beach. It is integrated in the neighborhood of the Lotzorai residents, so your stay doesn't feel too touristy ;) Heike, the host was really helpful and friendly. short and sweet: the dommu livia is a honest recommendation.

    The place was very nice with unique flavor of old italian style house, but decorated in modern fashion. We loved our hosts, who were very attentive and proactive in communication. We got all needed advises and proactive recommendations secured positive experience of staying at Lotzorai.

    small, cozy place with sufficient privacy. We weren’t sure if it was an apartment or a house, but it is a semi detached house with its own door, terrace and small balcony. Nice garden. Wonderful beach in Lotzorai itself and lots of holiday atmosphere in nearby Santa Maria.

    The owner, Luciano, was extremely helpful. The hotel is central, clean, and affordable. If l ever go back, l will book again. I highly recommend the hotel.
