Comiso has no public transport and Uber does not work here.
Comiso has no public transport and Uber does not work here. The only way to get around is to get a taxi or rent a car. the town is a little old and run down but has its charm. Most places are closed in the afternoon 1-5. They open in the morning and evening. There is a lovely cafe called The Meet Cafe-the staff are super friendly and helpful. They heled us find our way around the town, would have arranged a transfer to airport to get a rental car and helped us with the language, amazing staff!. Disio is a fantastic restaurant in the town for some authentic sicilian food. Service was great too.Guest review byJackieIreland

Cristina came to our rescue, not only giving us a place to stay at the last minute, but also offering to pick us up from the airport. She was incredibly helpful during this stressful period. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful living room and well-equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning was great and much needed! Alessandro is a great host and extremely helpful. The apartment is close to the historical part of town, restaurants and cafes.
