The breakfast, the food in general was delicious, but absolutely the best thing was the personnel. They all were so helpful, polite and thoughtful: Always one step ahead. Then for us Finns, the sauna with iki-kiuas was offcourse the ultimate experience. There is hardly never a sauna this good outside of Finland. Loved it.

I was about to cancel this booking due to some comments here, however the hotel was a nice surprise. We liked almost everything about it. Stayed at the 5 start part of the property which feels brand news. The staff was polite and helpful at all times, housekeeping twice a day. You can buy ski pass and rent ski equipment directly at the hotel and there are free shuttles to the ski areas (available at all times till about 5 o’clock, no waiting). Spa area is also very nice (one complimentary visit provided; swimming pool is freely accessible). Did not have any issues at all with the WiFi.

Was a great apartment, we were the first guests in this newly renovated apartment so everything was clean and tidy. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in early. He even got us a table in his restaurant that night with only 20 minutes warning which was great. Would highly recommend this apartment, will be booking again and telling friends about it.

    Such a beautiful town!

    Such a beautiful town! I felt like I had a much better spot than the other little towns nearby just because of the ease of access to the Matterhorn hiking area. I just walked out my door and it was right there, no driving necessary. Also, it was extremely convenient to come down off the mountain and just grab some dinner.

    Wonderful skiing holiday.

    Wonderful skiing holiday. If you haven’t a car then there is a timetable for shuttle buses to take you you to the lifts and the town. They are a public service so have a set route and designated stops. There is Only one supermarket ( in the town). Whilst ample for us it has limited supplies and shuts between 12.30 and 15.30, however fine for us on a limited budget. We ate out on 3 occasions and would say costs are cheaper than the Uk do not overly expensive.

    Cute town with lots of shopping and dining options! Easy to walk around and plenty of hotels offering shuttles for ski lifts and restaurants; make reservations for dinner (or ask the hotel to assist) as most restaurants are “full”

    Cervinia is a very good quality, large, high and thus snow...

    Cervinia is a very good quality, large, high and thus snow assured ski resort. There is not much challenge for advanced skiers as the resort tream piste bash the runs every night leaving no moguls (bumps). Being so large their is still plenty of ski are so advanced skiers can work on their skills and are kept interested. Far better value than the Swiss side. However while there the Zermatt side is a must visit.

    The resort is great.

    The resort is great. It favours intermediate skiers, but I feel it neglects beginners. No specific information for beginners. I note there are instructors for lessons. Luckily for me I could settle in well, but one member in our group struggled a bit.

    Lovely little town - small enough to get around on foot /...

    Lovely little town - small enough to get around on foot / welcoming venues and lovely people working in them ! Highly recommend yimeltrob (free meat and cheese platter with a drink order) Lots of great places to eat and catch the sun

    Service in the hotel was outstanding and very friendly !! Helped with our snow chains. The restaurant also had a vegan menu and was very helpful with our requests.Storage of ski equipment was very well arranged and good assortiment of rental equipment. Hotel also has a minibus service to the ski lifts. The spa & sauna and relax area were also great.

    The hotel is in a good location, away from the main town but peaceful. There are regular minibuses to take you to the centre and the ski lifts (the run that takes you to the hotel was not open during my stay). The breakfast and dinner is good - huge amount of choice. The spa and pool is really lovely.

    The hotel had an excellent service. Marta hosted every guest in her lovely way, truly an exceptional person. Being a former ski patrol, she transleted the local weather patterns well before the day at the slopes of Cervinia and Zermatt. Would love to come again!
