Loved the property and cannot rate it high enough. A “boutique” style B&B with exceptional service from the lovely host Sofia. Amazing and generous breakfast options offered daily; a very clean establishment, access to your own balcony or opt to access the rooftop jacuzzi e terrazzo. Close to centre of town and within minutes to the local bakery, grocer, fruit shops and more. It was a perfect property and stay. THANK YOU!

    There are some good places to eat in Alcomo.

    There are some good places to eat in Alcomo. Moreover during the weekend at night the main square and roads were quite active giving off a nice vibe. The only problem was parking but in the end we managed to find a spot as well

    Alcamo is the perfect spot for those who prefers less...

    Alcamo is the perfect spot for those who prefers less touristy areas of Sicily. Lots of great restaurants, lots of churces and it felt really autenthic. Also, it has a great nature reserve on top of the mountain and it is only a short drive from the ocean.

    The town is close to Segesta, an amazing set of ancient ruins including one of the very few intact (and no rebuilt) greek temples in the whole Mediterranean and a wonderful theatre from well over two thousand years ago.

    No every single fruit of living in Alcamo had a chance to be...

    No every single fruit of living in Alcamo had a chance to be discovered. We did not see The Natural Park of Alcamo, but both Palermo and beauty of Zingaro seemed to be more attractive to accomplish. Small city with a vicinity of Castellammare del Golfo/Scopello and its breathtaking views and beaches is worth to be place of accomodation.

    The google map shows wrong position - you can think you will...

    The google map shows wrong position - you can think you will be right next to the railway and roaring trains. The reality is that the room is in the middle of the quiet gardens. Our car was safe behind two gates. The room is amazing! Very spacious, nice, clean and cozy. Kitchen corner or bathroom equipped fine. We loved it so much we had to extend our stay. The owners, Nadia and her husband are very kind and nice people. I absolutely recommend this stay.

    As background, we booked this last minute as we had an early flight from Palermo and had spent the week in a private villa in the countryside outside Noto. The hotel was a fantastic choice and far exceeded our expectations - our dinner on the veranda was excellent, lovely helpful staff, we slept well and had a great breakfast. We didn't have time to take advantage of all of the facilities, but the pool looked good and the garden was well maintained and we arrived at the airport relaxed (it is a 25 min drive).

    The location is fantastic - it is a 2 min walk from the main square and next door to the fabulous Bar900. There is a relaxed roof terrace at the hotel and the drinks are made well and they really do care about the food in the restaurant on the terrace. The staff make the hotel so welcoming, everyone from the front desk to the staff in the breakfast room to the terrace were all amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay while I attended my friend's wedding

    A relaxing, charming and peaceful stay. I don’t understand the negative reviews - you should understand when booking that this is a historic building with charm and decor that fits the style of the building. This stay won’t be equivalent to a hotel but instead it is an experience and a rare opportunity to stay in the most beautiful historic building on the sea with a cool, well kept garden.
