Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Udaipur. Staff was great and friendly, always at our disposal. Rooms were super clean, comfortable, one of our best stays in India! They have a beautiful pool for a refreshing swim in the evening and a wonderful rooftop restaurant. Location was great, you can reach main attraction by foot from hotel.

Lovely, quiet family run hotel in a central location.The room was clean and comfortable with AC, which is essential in hot weather!. It's about a 10 min walk to the city palace and plenty of restaurants are located nearby. It's also worth doing the Ranakpur Jain temple and Kumbhalgarh fort full day tour. They do other tours as well.

The room was clean, quite (no noises from the street) and had a beautiful space to drink tea with the lake view. The staff was nice and helpful, especially Shangar who spoke very good English! :) Breakfast and restaurant amazing, we really enjoyed the terrace and the food!

I have just spent the most amazing 24 hours at Island Tower Guesthouse. Coming from the other side of the world I was completely blown away with how the whole guesthouse was presented. I believe I had the privilege of being the first guest to stay in the newly decorated rooms. Each room is decorated completely differently in colour and paintings on the walls and ceilings. Just magical. The rooms are well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable . In the evening I went up to the rooftop restaurant which has the most amazing view over Lake Pichali. At dusk the sky is a mass of black as bats head to the countryside in search of food. The restaurant has a very relaxed inviting feel to it and one can enjoy tasty seasonal food cooked to your liking. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was up at 5am the next morning to be taken on a scooter to feed the lime green parrots who inhabit areas around the lake. Stunning. If you are looking to have an amazing experience in Udaipur I recommend you spend time at this guesthouse

This is a fantastic place with an exellent lake view from the roof restaurant and some rooms - we had such one.Exceptionally kind and friendly staff. Really good breakfast - the best toasts in India and a great omellete. We also recommend the evening meal - very good freshly made food with unforgettable łake view with all lights on. Good vodka - absolut - available at reasonable price. Very clean big enough room, AC,WF ok. For us the best hotel we had in India -16 days. And it is very near all the attractions and small streets of the Old Town. There are a few big trees facing the restaurant with birds of pray, wild parrots and monkeys playing - an extra bonus as it was a kind of a performance while drinking beer. It is a far better location than other expensive places at the łake, far from the centre and with some dirty lake water and bad smell around. I know it as we got to one 5 * and had some beer. We were happy we had not booked it. The taxi can't reach the Moustache as it is on a cliff but if you have really heavy luggage just take a tuk tuk to travel.the last 400 m. We Walker and it was ok.

Haveli is situated in a quiet and very convenient location - most of tourist attractions (City palace, lake Pichola, Jagdish temple, Gangour ghat and Bagore Ki haveli) are within short distance by foot. The guest house is located in an old authentic house, very nicely renovated and tastefully furnished. The interior of the guest house is much more impressive in reality than the photos can convey. The view from the roof top terrace to the City palace is breath taking! The guest house is very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the omelette was the tastiest in India. The special praise must go to the staff, who were very helpful and gave a lot of personal attention.
