The hotel is first of all beautiful. A serenity oasis in the middle of the city's hustle. It is decorated and designed beautifully and immediately gives you a piece of mind. The room was very nice -- bright, clean and comfortable. The pool was great and the food was delicious. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Fantastic location , beautiful building and spacious room ! But most important was Bikram who helped us with everything we wanted , even arranged a safarifor us more then 200 km away for half the price ! Certainly we will come back here !

Excellent hotel that I would love to one say stay in again! The staff were brilliant from start to finish, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, bed comfy and most importantly it was lovely and quiet at night so we had the best nights sleep! Breakfast in the morning was also excellent, everything you could want or need.

Great location for exploring the old city. Excellent food, local cuisine, and exceptional service from the staff in all venues. Our room had a beautiful view of the fort, and the roof top restaurants and bars were terrific. The hotel organized a guide for us, and we had a wonderful tour of the city.

The hotel is brand new (opened 2-3 months ago). Spacious room was clean and functional. The washroom is well equipped. The room came with a tiny balcony. The gem of the hotel is the rooftop terrace. We haven't tried the restaurant since the cook was on holiday. Asif, the owner, is super kind and he did his best and even more to make us feel at home. He has shown great care and understanding. He has upgraded our booking for a better room at no additional costs since it was available. The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the Mehrangarh Fort and the Jaswant Thada. Super recommended. PS: to get to the hotel, follow the sign for the Kankariya Heritage Hotel. Picture attached.
