The hotel was very nice and comfortable inside. It was at a lovely spot inside the fort walls with a great view of the city on the terrace. The staff were also extremely helpful and very attentive and went above and beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying at Jaisalmer.

Hotel Jasmin Home was a wonderful home base for our family while exploring Jaisalmer. This boutique hotel combines modern comforts with beautiful antique and artisanal touches. We enjoyed leisurely breakfasts on the rooftop with a view of Jaisalmer Fort. The fresh squeezed orange juice and banana pancakes were favorites. Jitu is a gracious host and, like a personal concierge, went out of his way to assist us with planning tours, transportation, and shopping. The walking tour of the fort with Lalu and our desert camel safari with dinner under the stars were highlights. Jasmin Home was a lovely oasis to return to at the end of each day in Jaisalmer.

Great location with very nice rooftop. Views from the rooms windows were amazing. Deepak was a fantastic host and assisted us with everything from shopping, restaurants, transport and organising an overnight camel safari which has been the highlight of our trip. Thank you Deepak.

Wonderful Hotel in Jaisalmer. Just when we arrived we were warmly welcomed and received a free upgrade of the room. The rooms were beautiful, nice decoration, very clean, big room and bed. The rooftop terrace with the restaurant was amazing. The hotel staff was always around and attentive, they gave us a citymap and explained all the things one can do without beeing pushy. We enjoyed our stay very much, would definitely come back.

    Sam Sand dunes, Longewala Border, Tanot Ma Mandir & Kuldhara village are great. Jaisalmer fort & Havelis are also good. Gedisar Lake has Laser Light & sound show in the evening but unfortunately it was not working on that day. Shree Jee Excellency has great food. Try local food like Dal-Bati Churma, Ker Sangri, Besan Gatta, Bajra Roti & Lal Maans (for Non-Veg), if available.

    Jaisalmer is well-known and rightly thought to be romantic.

    Jaisalmer is well-known and rightly thought to be romantic. There are lots of tourists-- the entire entrance to the great fort is mobbed by tourists and tourist shops and hustlers. Despite that, the magic of this desert city survives. It is a gem, beautiful beyond imagining. I hope we can return someday. The opportunity for a desert adventure-- jeep through the rocky paths, camel ride, dinner cooked over an open fire, the silence of the desert at night-- was delightful. Our driver, Ukka, was skilled and fun to be with.

    Jaisalmer is a dream city.

    Jaisalmer is a dream city. Full of charm and very friendly locals. Jaisalmer Fort is my favorite spot. The architecture, views from roof top and the food all are incredible. A must visit site in Rajasthan.

    5 star - Mr dilvar and his younger brother floored us with their genial demeanour and attention to detail. The service standards, comfort and luxury of the tents in a desert was hard to find at hotels in proper cities during my trip. Absolute hands down winner was the camal safari and the evening cultural performance we witnessed under the starry nights. One of the highlights of my 12 days trip in western Rajasthan. Keep it up!

    I stayed in the dorm room at Little Jaisal Haveli and had an amazing experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the rooftop – it offers the best view of Jaisalmer Fort, especially at night. All major tourist attractions are just a short walk from the hotel, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff was helpful, and the location felt safe. Highly recommended for solo travelers and backpackers!

    The owner Jalam and his staff are polite and very generous Food was prepared as per our preferece and was good. The hotel is centrally located near the Jaisalmer Fort and they do have a car parking outside the property.
