The staff were excellent from the courtesy bus driver to the server.my site and itself have been staying at The Carlton for at least 25 years The latest changes are very noticeable in-the main lobby ,the bedroom the staff training ,food helping more than generous and good quality at a reasonable price.We travel to the U.S. twice each year and would recommend The Carlton to any of our friends. The room (Macleese suite) was amazingly quiet with beautiful views of the course. The room was spotless, lovely Elemis toiletries and great coffee/tea facilities. The hotel even has a “pillow menu” so we were able to get the exact pillows we needed for an amazing night’s sleep on a giant and very comfortable bed. All the staff at all times made us feel valued and welcome. The leisure facilities were great - I even joined a Pilates class! The restaurants were top class and the breakfast divine with a great choice.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown by IHG for 2 nights on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. Huge shoutout to Chef Niro, who always had a warm smile and went out of his way to please guests, and to Irene, who ensured the buffet was always fully stocked and that everyone was well taken care of. The thoughtful details—like the fine chocolates left as a welcome gift in the room—were a lovely touch and made the stay feel extra special. Excellent service, great atmosphere—I'll definitely stay here again!
