Their service is at the top, every staff was so nice, food was great, the breath-taking views. They met (even exceeded) all the expectations that I was looking for a family trip. It did take some efforts to get in there as it's located in the mountains, but it was worth everything.

Absolutely glorious stay. Thank you. The staff could not have made it any more wonderful. Nothing was a problem for them. Al Dhani (on the front desk) even helped us book onward transport - which was not straightforward - at 2am! The food, ambience, decor and the whole team should be congratulated. Ibis Malang was better than other Ibis hotels I've stayed in. Room was clean, beds were comfy, hot water in the shower, cold and hot (kettle in room) drinking water provided. They also focus on sustainability. Staff was great. WiFi worked really well. I'd consider staying here if I drop by malang again!
