Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal,traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage,etc. Value for money hotel,has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

this beautiful farm as everything that you need to entertain your family for 3/4 days. The place is clean and the staff extremely helping and kind. They have helped organise all the activities for our kids 5/8 years old to have a amazing 🤩 time. We will return!!

    TP is not really a tourist place.

    TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

    Not much of tourism destination.

    Not much of tourism destination. But food is excellent and cheap. A great choice of seafood lover. Lack of convenience public transport for tourist. Local people are tremendously nice . Spent your time to visit Penyengat island which is nearby for a culture and heritage experience !

    1. The language spoken is very much similar to the Johorean, 2. Quite a number of variety of foods available, especially the one that closed to Malaysian Foods. 3. Transit city to further explore the rest of Kepulauan Riau such as Natuna, Lingga and of course Penyengat Islands.

    Room was just good, spacious enough, clean. Breakfast was most excellent, one of the best I've seen (and I've seen a lot). This hotel on Bintan is just very good. I noticed it had that reputation on the island, that's also why some friends recommended it to me, and the hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. Staff is very nice and helpful, the ones at the desk, as well as the people at the bar and kitchen. I can't imagine anything better on the island.
