Great clean rooms and amazingly hot showers(exactly what I was missing!). The staff was helpful and welcoming 🙏 Check in was easy, payed online and didn't have any issues Quiet neighbourhood, we had a good night sleep

Great location on the harbour. Mamatifi made us the best seafood dinner (she has connections!😉) couple of issues with the room, which we notified her about which we're sure will be put right for the next lucky people to stay there (we were sadly only there one night) Beautiful family! Everything was amazing. They provided drinks and macarons for us upon arrival. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and stylish. Breakfast is the best I've ever had, compare to other hotels. Food is delicate with variety options. Usually I don't eat breakfast, but during our stay, I was looking forward to having the breakfast in the morning. You can also join free yoga sessions. Personally I don't want too much people know about here haha. We will definitely come back soon!

The facilities and staff were amazing!! The staff really make your stay and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We had intended to leave and visit the local town but it was so lovely we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the resort. We did have a massage and would definitely recommend!

    Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to...

    Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to look around. Everyone we met or talked to were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Be prepared to spend time in a vehicle as the traffic is a challenge at best. We went to one of the local malls, enjoying it immensely.

    It was easy to get around but little to do nearby.

    It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. It's very easy to get to the ports - one of the best port experiences I've had in Bali where you aren't overwhelmed by people trying to / demanding they order you taxis or sell you things.
