This was our second visit to the Lekavski property because we like it so much! The property is beautiful, a tranquil oasis within reach of some of the best beaches and Zaton Holiday resort which is also open to the public. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the salt water pool which we mostly had to ourselves! The room was clean and cool with all we needed for 3 nights. We could use the bicycles to easily reach the supermarket, beach and bakery nearby. The hosts are also amazing and very helpful and friendly, highly recommend and cant wait to come again!

The location was really good. The landlord was very nice and helpful. The apartmant was modern and well equipped. The pictures reflect the reality. Absolutely great for its value. I definitely recommend it.

Really good place, With very Nice and helpfully owner. We loved our stay. We Was there for 8 night. And its Was 8 good days, by the pool. The garden Was very beatiful, With lots of flowers. The appartement Was small, but it there was alle needed. So 10 out of 10 stars.

    For me it was not the best town in the region.

    For me it was not the best town in the region. To be fair it had a tough competition. Nin, Vir and Zadar are nearby and have way more options for everything. Including beaches. Zaton has limited options for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants - and pretty much everything revolves around the resort.

    No real beach around.

    No real beach around. You have to drive everywhere and all the beaches in the area are suitable only for kids (shallow water) but with sharp rocks frequently. no restaurants, bars, cafes...you have drive to Zadar (some ok places in Nin)

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm...

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm in deep water. There is only 2 restaurant close to the beach and 2 bar. One is mostly closed. Free shower is fine. The shops are missing, you have to go by car to Nin. Holiday resort is heavily guarded :-), you have to pay, but inside is nothing to do.

    We really enjoyed our stay here - a perfect place to relax and wind down away from hustle and bustle. A beautiful beach and access to Zaton resort close by. We used the freely available bikes which was a massive plus point as we didn’t have a car. Pool was beautiful our son really enjoyed and we almost had it just for us! Unfortunately the restaurant was not open but the bar was very nice. Owners are amazing and do not bother you. We loved this place and price was good

    House is great. One apartment ground floor and one upstairs with similar layout. Kitchen is well equiped - you can cook whatever you like. Thanks to air condition we could keep cool temp inside. Location is good - right next to it there is supermarket, and little further bakery and atm. Great contact with Owner - Maja. We can fully recomend Niko Apartments! Hvala;)

    Apartments Elvira were clean, comfortable and with really nice and helpful owner, who gave us a lot of useful information about restaurants, beaches and shops nearby. Everything was carefully prepared for our family, even a small surprise for our kids and us in a fridge. Nice and quiet environmnet, sport equipment (bicycles and paddleboard) for free...

    Everything was perfect. Communication with the staff, the apartment was clean, modern, fully equipped kitchen, in the bathroom a washing machine, large terrace to sit by the apartment, beautiful, clean swimming pool in the place of accommodation. Sea 5 min. walk. The apartment is in a quiet place for relaxation, for entertainment it is 5-10min.far.
