We had a fantastic stay on the island of Iž! The accommodation was just steps from the sea, offering stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Suzanne was incredibly welcoming. The location is excellent and great to get a coffee, beer or ice cream from downstairs! Apartment was spotlessly clean. A welcome haven after a busy day swimming in the sea and sunbathing! We were a family of three with one teenager.

We had two wonderful nights at Suzana’s apartment in the heart of Veli Iž. The apartment is well equipped, super clean and perfectly located above their cafe/bar where you can sit in the shade enjoying a coffee, ice cream or beer. Wonderful hosts too! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Nai 3.3 was nothing short of extraordinary – truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had! The location is absolutely breathtaking: the property is carved into the rock, seamlessly blending with nature, and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that create an atmosphere of complete peace and serenity. The pool is simply perfection – with an uninterrupted view of the islands, it feels like you’re swimming at the edge of paradise. The sunsets are picture-perfect, and the entire setting is pure magic. The staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the level of service we received was better than in many of the top luxury hotels in Croatia. We felt truly taken care of in every possible way. There were absolutely no flaws – everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfort, elegance, and tranquility of this place are truly unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nai 3.3 to everyone – you owe it to yourself to experience this slice of heaven at least once in your life. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay was fantastic! Right from the start we were impressed as due to bad traffic on the way we were nearly 6 hours late to arrive, long after the office had closed! We were still welcomed with a smile and a key! We had aircon which was sorely needed and the entire place was just what we wanted, thank you! Even our two huskies loved every minute and were welcomed with open arms.

We stayed in a double room appartment. It was very confortable and clean. It was an advantage to have two bathrooms . The garden of the viilla is nice. Our kids enjoyed staying to the pool. The beach bar offers a very good esspreso, a variety of cocktails,, beers and the stuff is very friendly.. The Jaz Beach is right in front of the villa, it is withi sand and green water.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Everyhing a traveller might need was catered for. The host and hostess were absolutely charming and went to great lenghts to ensure our needs were met, they even used a google translator to ensure we understood. Highly recomended.

    A nice island with not so many tourists.

    A nice island with not so many tourists. Access with ferry is not very easy and that's limiting the number of visitors. Pretty nice place for sailing too, as there's a marina with all needed facilities.

    Karla is a very friendly landlady who received me like a family member and made my stay in Veli Iz very special. I literally felt more home than home. The room with private bathroom were cozy, spacious and very clean and had a lovely furniture. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Karla to anyone looking for a sporty, green holiday on the seaside.

    A person was already waiting for us with the key, apartment was very nice, good air conditioning, large fridge and freezer, moskito plugs were provided, bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean (good water pressure), location is great, there is a dedicated path to Veli Iz for pedestrians. Free use of stand-up paddles and bikes as well as an air pump and a grill

    The house is located a short distance from the center of Veli Iž in a quiet location. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the approach to the guests during the entire stay. Everything was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and Mrs. Karla is really a very nice woman. I am very glad that I got to know her during our stay in Veli Iž.

    Amazing redone villa right in the middle of Veli Iz. We loved how close it was to everything & the vibe of the area. The renovation is really high spec - the beds were comfortable & the top floor deck was amazing!
