We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The two rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with direct outdoor access through a private terrace. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the island, from which all the main points of interest are easily reachable. A special thanks to George, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment until our departure.

The villa was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. All amenities - WiFi was excellent. The pool was magnificent. Better than you could imagine. There is one bedroom but there is a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Beds were new and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bed linen. The most remarkable thing was the fresh produce. Denis brought us eggs salad and fruit. It was wonderful. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you George and Denis for your hospitality.

Excellent location, brand new design-focused boutique hotel. Throughout premium furnishing and decoration, spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the pool area. Very attentive staff, eager to go the extra mile. Will definitely come back.

We stayed only one night after a long journey by plane. Everything was fine. The room was very clean, it had a nice balcony, the bed was confortable and shower/toilet very clean. We had a minor problem and the staff were really nice and helpfull. The breakfast is good. Close to shops and restaurents by walking distance

The staff are absolutely amazing, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is great and very close to pretty much everything, there are great restaurants and cafè around the corner, the sushi bar (Sepia) close to the hotel is a MUST!

    A nice small town with other properties around. This includes the beach - Klematsia Bay - which has the Panas Hotel with café, bar and restaurant (evenings) There is also a café, bar and restaurant called 'Water Way' which has lovely views over the beach and sea There is a beach with sandy shore and safe bathing.

    The location is excellent for exploring the island. Beautiful beaches very close. The village itself has an excellent restaurant in the centre. There is also a lovely restaurant within walking distance to the villa.

    Spartia is a small, quiet/sleepy Greek village about 30 mins from the beach/coast on the southern tip of Kefalonia, wiht a couple of cafes/restaurants, two mini-marts, a church, and not a lot else

    Small vilalge at the top of a hill. There are no big hotels. Steep narrow streets with different flowers everywhere. Nice sandy beaches with scenic rocks. Wineyards and olive trees in the surrounding area.

    Spartia is very small, with a couple of mini markets, a coffee bar and a taverna. It's a great location if you like walking in the countryside, and access by car to a choice of beaches and to Argostoli town (and the airport) is quick and easy.

    We loved Spartia, lovely a Greek village and everyone was really welcoming and helpful. You definitely need a car to get around. The beach was beautiful but too far for us to walk to in the heat. We are in Cavo Liakos one evening and it was lovely and a very welcoming host Katerina. The mini markets have a great selection of goods you might need.

    The villa was amazing – beautifully kept, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The family who own it are so warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. The area itself is stunning, with a short walk to Spartia beach and only a 10-minute drive to Argostoli, the capital. I would say one of the best villa’s on the island and the pictures don’t do it justice. We will be returning every year now!

    The house was actually more than we imagined. Tons of space, 3 separate bathrooms and a great garden with chairs, hammock and a swing, just a great place to wind down after a long day at the beach! Cannot recommend enough! Not to even mention the kindness of the hostess who welcomed us in the best possible way.
