Friendly staff, clean throughout, an excellent variety of breakfast where staff just couldn't do enough to please residents. Spacious rooms in a quiet area of the main street of Ioannina. Exceptional and fantastic hotel! We stayed in a penthouse apartment. Such great rooms! The whole Interior was done with remarkable esthetics, with reverent attention to detail. Relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace, after a long day in Zagori, will definitely be a fond memory. The bed was large and confortable. Just the right softness of pillows. We had a fantastic and restful night's sleep. The bathtub in the open space and the design of the bathroom gave the bedroom a special flair. (my favorite feature in the apartment 😀) The hotel staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Our special thanks to Georgia who made our stay memorable and fulfilled all our requests in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Excellent communication with the hotel before and during our stay. Breakfast was very good, nice and tasty local selection. I would suggest giving some more breakfast choices for vegetarian guests. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it for a stay in Ioannina! We will definitely be back for another long weekend!

Located above the lake, so lots of winding roads but easy to find. You can’t walk anywhere close really but easy to jump back in the car for restaurants etc. Amazing views in the night with the lights and in the morning. Very comfortable stay and very good breakfast. Recommended.

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!
