Very nice place for someone looking for some privacy, relaxing time and nice nature. The house is directly at the beach, which is pretty much only for you. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Having a private sunbed and an umbrella at the beach directly in front of the house was great. Parking places are included and house not difficult to find.

Brand new place, exceptionally clean and with sufficiently large parking. Host was one of the if not the nicest host we’ve had. There was a small issue sink which was fixed immediately and he even gave us sweets to make up for it. Exemplary property management.

We had a wonderful stay in the caravan! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a getaway. We had a wonderful stay in Nea Peramos! The apartment was perfect – it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, and it made our holiday even more enjoyable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home.     This is the dream villa!

    This is the dream villa! It perfectly captures the Mediterranean spirit. You can feel how much thought and taste was put in every detail in the house. I was there with my kids and they were ecstatic about it. They had a big garden to run around, picked olives from the trees and had a lot of room to play hide and seek. It's perfect for a family getaway! The place is very quiet, surrounded by olive trees, grape yards and lots of nature. The nearest beach is around 5-7 min by car. It's one of the few places that we will definitely visit again! A big thank you to the host for the unforgettable summer memories!
