During our 3-day stay at Kydon Hotel, we found nothing to dislike. In fact, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Crete. The location is excellent, with convenient parking facilities. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff, a special thank you goes to Kiki. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Her fantastic French and her invaluable advice on the best beaches to visit in Chania made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was always spotless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Kydon Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Everything about the stay was just smooth and stress-free, from the moment I booked. The property looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The check-in was simple, and the reception staff was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared. Little things like extra towels, local recommendations, and even parking directions made a big difference and made it feel like home. Communication was clear the whole way through. Overall, just a really great experience, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hotel and pool was amazing and so was every member of staff as they couldnt do enough for you... The rooms were massive with a very comfy Queen size bed and the steam room was a luxury to enjoy. Our breakfast was enormous with a variety of fruit, yogurt, cereal ,pastries, sausages and eggs. We will certainly recommend this hotel and be returning one day.

The Suite is extremely modern and beautiful, with a touch of Greek flair. As well very spacious and clean and the cleaning Lady is so kind and always friendly. It is located very central in the old town, the perfect spot to the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping and of course idyllic oldtown walks. The experience exceeded only by the warm welcoming of our Host Maria. She really gives her very best to make your vacation perfect. We really appreciate her so much, all the recommendations she gave us as well as her caretaking and warm personality! P.S. when you’re there, ask her for the best fish restaurant! The hotel arranged our pick up from the airport which was wonderful as our plane was delayed until 3am and the airport was almost shut. The room was very clean, bed really comfortable. Good toiletries provided. Kettle and coffee too.
