We chose this hotel and did not regret it, the room was clean, cleaning every two days, also the room offered towels for the beach, which is very convenient. I was at the hotel for my birthday, when the owner of the hotel found out about it, she made us a surprise, decorating the room with flowers, we were surprised. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, there are also many different restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. On the day of departure we had an evening flight, and the owner allowed us to stay until 3 so, really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place!

Exceptional location, beautiful sea view. Staff, more specifically the owner, is a very professional and caring person. The parking is not easy to spot/understand, i suggest to give him a quick call when you're close so he will explain you, basically you have to enter the parking of the adjacent taverna and you'll see the entrance. Be aware that a small car is needed. Wonderful, abundant breakfast, with a more than fair price. Don't forget to buy something to drink since the owner is passionate and very good at making cocktails.

The staff was very friendly and helpful all over the resort It is a great place for children, the water park was amazing. It suits all ages. And there are many activities for children at the resort. The pools are great and the food was excellent. And a nice Private Beach.

Wonderful location : charming and warm staff. Great view. Incredible food, we never waited 1 min, despite the fact that the hotel was commplete. Activities well organized. A great holiday, we are definitely coming again next year!

We loved everything about this villa! The location, the views, the beautiful pool and braai area. The attention to detail providing us with everything we need for our holiday - pool towels, sun beds and umbrellas to take to the beach. The layout and furnishing is perfect.     This village Perama is located close to the highway between...

    This village Perama is located close to the highway between Chania and Heraklion and offers a good starting point to discover the north side of Crete. Lots of beaches, nature, caves, monestries as well cultural ellements to discover. You need a car though but that is true for whole Crete. Less comfortable to discover the south of Crete as you have to go around the mountain and that takes time. Perama has a couple of good supermarkets and some smaller restaurants. Good pizeria/gyros place at the entrance crossing next to the supermarket. I would recommend to drive a little further to the coast for nicer restaurants with sea view. About 15 minutes.
