Great maintined hotel and surrounding area. A lot of places to sit, to play, or lay around (very nice) pool with a view on the sea. Staff was super friendly, professional and ready to provide all answears. There is a restaurant and a pool bar during summer months. Great value for money!

Highly recommend this exceptional accommodation in Karystos! It's just perfect, impeccably clean, well thought out, beautifully decorated. It's a paradise in paradise! Evia island is pure beauty and so relaxing. And staying at Lithos Villas you have the whole island just in front of you, sun all day long, beautiful sunrise and sunset, fantastic authentic greek interior and so so so nice people! It was such a pleasure to see real wooden furniture and fittings, in a rustic green tint, rather than the nasty brown melamine that you can sadly see everywhere in Greece. This goes along with the very warm welcome and offers of help from owner Kostas and from Athina. Such a warm welcome! The place was spotlessly clean, towels were changed daily and sheets changed twice a week. The kitchenette had everything you need apart from a corkscrew but I never travel without one, so no worries. And they never stopped asking whether there was anything I needed. I loved the fact that they provided a tablecloth. I liked the pool, but as it is quite deep, it didn’t get really warm in spite of the sun. But in September, I enjoyed the quiet and calm of the poolside. I am not very good at swimming in the sea so really appreciated the pool. I am sure that in July and August the hotel would be a different place, but I have no hesitation in recommending it. But you need a car.

The Hotel Managers and personnel were polite and friendly. I booked the J-Suite which found good and cost was fair for this type of room. All services were top rated and the best thing (from my point of view) was the restaurant. The food was tasteful and delicious! The Managers & Personnel are high quality professionals and the whole experience is unique. Next time I would like to book the G-Suite which offers a great balcony with Bay view!
