The hotel was refurbished and it had everything renovated: from the locker of the room to the glass fence on the balcony. Looks to be a family business as we were welcomed by a very nice young family. They were very kind to us and our son as they anticipate our needs. They showed us how to better use the amenities and what to explore in the area. As the hotel was not full, they did us an upgrade of the room: same space but a refurbished one. The location is perfect, very close to the center and the seaside. There is private parking on the street that you can access using a pin code.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

The apartment is very modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room and two good size balconies all finished to a high standard and a very good taste. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove top (all electric) a Nespresso machine and mugs, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery pots and pans, basically everything you need. It’s a 15 minute walk from the local beach and downtown so parking is not a problem. You can park on the street easily or at the property. There are many supermarkets nearby too. The host is very thoughtful and attentive. There was olive oil, coffee, sugar, tea, jam, honey, Nutella, toasted bread and also a bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge waiting for us, which is a really nice touch. The host was very easy to communicate with, she always responded immediately and gave us very good recommendations for the best beaches and tavernas around. We’d love to come back here again ❤️

This is a beautiful apartment, very well designed and decorated. The bedroom was large, the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a very good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is very close to the centre, with a free car park nearby. Foteini was very helpful and responsive, obviously wanting guests to have the best experience in the apartment and Ierapetra. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Best apartment we’ve ever had. Spacious, very well equiped, we have found anythig we needed. The owners even left us breakfast in the fridge! They are wonderful people, very helpful and kind. We felt like we were visiting family or best friends. Do non’t hesitate to rent the apartment :)

It's exactly like the title says, a home in the centre of Ierapetra, close to the beach, harbour, cretan restaurants and only minutes to a supermarket. It is very clean, equipped with everything you need to live comfortably long term not just on vacation. I appreciated the great attention to detail and the generosity of the kitchen and the two bathrooms suppliers. I will wholeheartedly recommend this two bedroom apartment to friends who will come to ierapetra. Thank you for having us!

    The perfect place for peaceful vacation. The city itself is nice but not something extraordinary, but you get the best food in Greece alongside the best beaches in the World! Try Psarropoula, Kakkos and all other beaches in Ferma area. Make beautiful trips to Chryssi Island or Agios Nikolaos (30min), Siteia (45min), Vai, Oropedio Lasithiou etc.

    It’s a small town that has the most amazing beaches. Has loads of tavernas to try different food every night. I love the fact it’s full of Greeks and not too many tourists for a more genuine experience

    Lerapetra is not one of the main tourist destinations on...

    Lerapetra is not one of the main tourist destinations on Crete but well worth a visit. There are more than enough restaurants and bars along the seafront, with a nice compact centre of town. Only thing to note is that with the closure of Chrissi Island, there are effectively no tourist trips from Lerapetra. For this you would need to travel to the north side of the island.

    The town is awful!

    The town is awful! Almost all the restaurants and cafeterias were closed. We were looking for a park for our son to play and we only found one in the whole town. It was dirty, smelly and full of kids so my child could not play there. Never coming back again!

    Ierapetra -as a city- is not very beatiful, although the beach/port route is quite good. However, it is the perfect place for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, including "Kakkos", "Psaropoula", "Agia Fotia", "Achlia", "Psari Forada" and others - since it is located in front of the Libyan Sea. You can also visit "Chryssi" - an worldwide known exotic island just near by, and at the same time you have access to extremely high quality (and low cost) food.

    We stayed in Ierapetra for just 24 hours.

    We stayed in Ierapetra for just 24 hours. We found that city was much developed, in a good meaning. Dedicated streets for pedestrians and bikes, updated sea walk area. Please visit "Casablanca" all day cafe-restaurant, with very good coffee (Fredo) and very tasty international and local dishes.

    We had a fantastic time here with our children, aged 8 and 10. There are two excellent restaurants serving Greek cuisine — one just a few hundred meters away, and the other about a kilometer further. Both can be reached via the beach. Ierapetra is also accessible on foot along the beach, which takes about an hour’s walk. In front of the villa there is a busy road, but it didn’t bother us. The villa is equipped with every comfort.

    Excellent host, wonderful space and a very confortable and enjoyable stay. The garden is beautiful and the house itself is so nice and clean. It's a short drive to Ierapetra and the beaches and restaurants there. I couldn't recommend Arhondia House highly enough, we'll be coming back next summer.

    An absolutely wonderful hotel for couples! We really loved the atmosphere and the food. There are lovely lounge areas throughout the hotel, plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is excellent — everything is very clean and delicious

    The hotel has a lot of potential, we stayed in the refurbished rooms and they were nice. My son loved the mini golf The water/beach is one of our favorites Food for all inclusive had a lot of choices (salads could do with a bit more variety) but all in all it was good

    Lovely, friendly hosts. Super clean, nicely furnished, well equipped apartment. With view to the sea, one minute walk. Easy and safe parking in the yard. Wi-fi and Netflix work well. Ierapetra center 5 minutes with car.
