We had to find a quick solution due to cancelled flight at short notice-close to the airport. This apartment was 15mins journey and we found a spotlessly clean modern room waiting for us within the hour. The owner arrived to ensure everything was in order and explained how the air con, entry system and tv worked etc. He was so helpful and welcoming . it was very well equipped with coffee machine and fridge where water and soft drinks were proved. The linens and towels were great quality and the beds comfy and large. It was located on the coast road with the sea metres from the door and a Sandy beach a 5 min walk away. The area was fairly low key but several tavernas and cafe bars were nearby as well as a convenience groceries store. It was a bonus to find this great place after a disappointing airline experience

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire property is incredibly beautiful – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. The food was absolutely outstanding – everything from the variety to the quality and presentation was perfect. Every course was a delight! What really stood out was the service: the entire team was not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt comfortable and welcome. A big thank you to the whole team – I’ll definitely be coming back! Special thanks to Nikoloas who added the cherry on top ;)

The biggest advantage of this hotel was that the all-inclusive package was truly all-inclusive — there were no hidden charges or unexpected fees whatsoever. The food was delicious, with a good variety of drinks and alcoholic beverages available throughout the day. There was plenty of space and privacy, with comfortable sunbeds on a beautiful, well-maintained beach. The service was outstanding, and the selection of à la carte restaurants was a great bonus. The pool was amazing, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience that delivered exactly what an all-inclusive holiday should be.

Best part of the hotel is host Linda! She made out whole Experience so special! Hotel is really nice and is close to Heraklion and beautiful beaches! Food is Fresh and homemade and one of the best se had trough our whole travel. I highly recommend this hotel! We had the best time!
