Location and facilities,the fact it’s family run. Breakfast very tasty and the host Anna and Elpida were welcoming and very helpful with all requests and questions. Spacious rooms and fantastic location,just by the beach. We did like Finikas as it wasn’t full of tourists.

Niki is a fantastic host, she was there to welcome us and say goodbye. She explained all the best spots on the island and cleaned the apartment everyday. She even agreed to have us do laundry. The apartment was fantastic, well equipped and with fantastic facilities (and the view was so beautiful). Location was quiet and walking distance from the beach and perfect to drive around. Could not recommend it more!

This property was a perfect set up and in a great location for our multi generational family whom had a very memorable stay We rented four of the five properties as a family . This was a great space for our independence and come to gather as a large group. Lots of outdoor Seating to gather and perfect proximity to shops restaurants and local beach .     The people, the owners of the place, they were the kindest humans we have ever found in our many years of travelling around the world. They are generous, warm and just the best place we have ever been anywhere, we have never experienced such a degree of pleasure meeting our host. They showed us around the farm and were the best with our kids of 3 and 6 years, they loved them. Guruni, petinos!. We will never forget them and always we be in our memories and hearts and if anytime we go back to Syros thats the place were will stay, so should you!.

    Great location, excellent staff - particularly on reception, very clean, well maintained, traditional style hotel. Spacious rooms, slightly dated but that adds to the charm. Best part of beach literally opposite the hotel.

    A beautiful location overlooking the sea. Finikas town nearby (1 km) has lovely restaurants. Booked a car to drive around the island. Manos and Daisy were great hosts and very helpful.
