Beautiful, uninterrupted views of the ocean and Chora skyline. Incredibly relaxing atmosphere, the architect couple have maintained a really authentic and effortlessly modern style to the property. Everything is brand new and brilliantly clean.

Our original room had an issue with the air conditioner being faulty. We were immediately upgraded to a lovely suite. Thank you for that. The pool and bar were great with stunning sunset views. Closeness to village beautiful village and friendly locals excellent. Would definitely return here to stay. The Hotel picked us up from the ferry and supplied a return journey when leaving the island which was much appreciated.

We had an unforgettable stay at Avaton. Our room was beautifully modern, incredibly spacious, and impeccably clean. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking—truly one of the highlights of our trip. highly recommend Niko’s rooms. Everything was perfect, very cozy place, beautiful view, lovely people, located in the heart of the center (close to chora’s squares and beautiful sunsets points). if there’s space in the courtyard you can even park scooters and quads. otherwise the city parkings / bus stop are very close (max 5 min walk). thanks for everything

From the very first moment we arrived at the accommodation, we felt like we had stepped into a little paradise. The place was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and carefully designed down to the last detail. The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The view from the balcony was truly magical; every morning we woke up to the sounds of nature, and every evening we enjoyed the stunning night sky, counting shooting stars. The location is ideal, offering peace and relaxation, while at the same time being very close to wonderful beaches and great restaurants. Lina, the host, was exceptional: kind, friendly, and always available to help us with recommendations for food, excursions, and activities. She made us feel genuinely welcome and gave us the impression that we weren’t just staying at an accommodation, but being hosted by friends. Overall, this is a destination that combines quality, hospitality, and an authentic experience. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for unforgettable holidays! 🌟

    A quiet place off the beaten path for those that prefer to travel away from crowds. The supermarket had everything we needed and was approximately 400 meters from where we stayed. The views are like no other and absolutely stunning sunsets.

    The wild west of Folegandros.

    The wild west of Folegandros. Traditional cycladic farmhouses, donkeys helping the farmers execute their everyday tasks. Peace and many footpaths options to hike to a nearby beach withing 30-45minutes. A great surpise were time stands still.
