I was very pleased with my stay here. Beautiful nature, kind and wonderful people, cozy, green garden, full of flowers and greenery. The hosts are amazingly hospitable, it will be especially interesting for foreigners to visit here, because the national spirit and color are present in their family. The man makes wonderful wine and generously treats guests, the woman bakes bread in a real Georgian oven-tone! They are very friendly. The surroundings are very picturesque. I will definitely try to visit here again and I want to say a huge thank you to this hospitable family ❤️❤️❤️

A family house near the church in Ubisa. Excellent location, beautiful view, large and clean room, a large yard and big terrace. The owners are very welcoming, the price is decent. I received by email exact directions to get there. Pay attention to this road, if you don't have a bigger car, it is preferable to walk the last part (2-300 m).

The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and as a thoughtful detail, the beds were positioned so you could wake up to the view directly from the window. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort. The food was one of the highlights – the breakfast and the delicious local dishes tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us arrange a guided tour to Vardzia, Rabati, and Khertvisi Fortress, which is a memorable experience. Everything worked perfectly. A particularly nice touch was that we were allowed to choose our room upon arrival and even received a bottle of wine when we checked out – such great hospitality!

This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
