A lovely friendly welcome from Philippa, a spacious well furnished room. I stayed at the hotel as it was an easy drive to Blyton Park track for my bike training. Secure overnight parking for my bike was very reassuring.

Absolutely everything was awesome from first step. If U are looking for break from city noise and U like contact with nature it will be perfect place for U. The owners are the nicest and the most welcoming people which I've ever have pleasure to met. And full real English breakfast will fill U for whole day 😃 I love Jane Austin's England and it was like going back to past but with everything what is making now people life comfy.

Very helpful and informative and so friendly - then we were also left to our own devices, which was great Great space for kids and lots of toys to play with and they called before arrival and checked on the age of the toddler, so went ahead and put a stair gate at the bottom! Couldnt fault them - thank you

    Superb food, great service, lovely people and great value.

    Superb food, great service, lovely people and great value. Our room was well away from the pub so no noise. Very clean and a lovely shower. Breakfast was very good and service was the quickest I've ever encountered anywhere. If you dine in the restaurant, I must recommend the scampi. Menu was all good with a very plentiful servings. The only down side was the mattress. It was far too soft and lumpy for us so we didn't sleep particularly well. Renew the mattress ( room 9) and it would be perfect. :)
