Lovely spacious room with a sofa and a modern bathroom. There was a large modern fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden. Didn’t see any staff so can’t comment on that. Lovely curry place just a short walk away

Stayed here over night for a concert at Sandringham. Perfectly placed for visiting the North Norfolk coast too! Staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast - all you could eat. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Glenda & Lee are so welcoming and friendly. They are great hosts The room had everything we needed and more. Glenda has thought of everything in advance. Room was clean comfortable and homely. Such attention to detail. The breakfast was beyond first class , home cured bacon, fresh eggs, home made bread & jams. Thank you both for making our stay memorable, shame it was too short. Thank you both. X we will definitely be back

It was clean tidy and modern. The decor was lovely throughout. Plenty of bathrooms beds and a lovely sized kitchen.

    Everything was just perfect.

    Everything was just perfect. The Old hall itself is in a stunning location with beautiful gardens, wonderful animals to say hello to and enjoy, being massive animal lovers. The accommodation has taken everything into consideration and is absolutely beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy . So much thought and love has gone into this place, made all the more special by such a warm and friendly welcome from Gil and Philip. Their suggested itinerary was most welcome and we managed to visit most of their recommendations and were not disappointed. We can’t rate our stay highly enough and will definitely look forward to returning!

    We were very pleased with the B & B the host were great and...

    We were very pleased with the B & B the host were great and made you so welcome, there were tea and coffee along with filter water in the room, the room was clean with on suite bathroom, bed was very comfortable. We had a full English breakfast along with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast with home made jam and hone. Plenty of room to park round the back. It was close to Kings Lynne for a evening meal. We were very happy with everything and looking forward to going again

    Lovely visits to Castle Acre Priory and Castle; Castle...

    Lovely visits to Castle Acre Priory and Castle; Castle Rising; Oxburgh Hall and Sandringham House. Lots to see in the old town of King's Lynn, and not too far from the beaches at Heacham and Hunstanton. Tilney All Saints is a very small village but there is a Co-Op in the next village, and it is near to King's Lynn. The hosts can advise on visits, restaurants, deliveries from take-aways etc.
