The hosts were soooooo kind and friendly! I was a bit worried since the price was very low. But nothing to worry! The room has a fridge, microwave, free coffee and tea, and small tablewares. She also provides big towels. The room and the bathroom are both very clean, too.

The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

We liked all from this place, since the beginning and before we arrive, we receive welcoming messages about our stay, in reception people were very friendly, one of the receptionists speaked spanish which was a great touch because it make us feel very welcome. The room was big and had enough room for our bulky luggage, all was very clean and organized, the room had a nice smell too and wall were very thick, so we hear no noises from corridor or so. Our room had a very nice view of the Tower Bridge of London which was an extra. The location is great as you can walk to many places and tub station is also very close.

Fantastic location, great room. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful bed, linen and pillows - I am very picky with beds, linen and pillows but these were superb! There was an issue with the water on my last day due to something that had occurred outside of the hotel. I was refunded one night accommodation. This was a gesture that really spoke to how good the staff was.

    Very bad experience

    Very bad experience The company rang me 1hour prior to checking in that my Accomodation been cancelled as over booking! Soo poor service I fight to get me a new Accomodation and guess what NO HOT WATER ,dirty room ,bad smell, wall paper coming off the walls ! DISGUSTING

    Got there very tired and we couldn't get in because the code...

    Got there very tired and we couldn't get in because the code they gave us wouldn't work and when we tried to ring them the phone went off. We had to make other arrangements at another hotel and we are not happy about spending our hard earned money for nothing. We don't recommend it at all.
