Good service, lovely room, nice view of the pub garden and right on the river. Didn’t get the chance to have dinner though as don’t serve food Sunday evening or Mondays (except breakfast). Would recommend.

10 minutes drive from the nearest beach, Tesco near by . pub meals are good. Don't expect too much with the decor as its being renovated a bit at a time . The rooms are clean and so is the bar restaurant etc. corridors need updating but not an issue , we had a great time . all the staff are friendly . friendly locals .

Be aware of bad holes and water were boats are washed can be dangerous if you are on foot.Parking not to good as we were allocated 1 space but long term residents all have 2 cars at each property. We were hemmed in with boats up on stands never know it to be so bad not very inviting shame as soon as you enter property its so nice.

A decent little 3 star hotel.

A decent little 3 star hotel. It is evident the place has had some thought and effort put into the decoration, though working in construction I couldn't help but 'snag' things that could be done to bump it up to a four. That being said it was good value for money, the food was very good and staff were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 'Bee happy' room which was very sweet and I would recommend this as a place to stay on a short trip.

Its a great location so you can walk around the broads.

Its a great location so you can walk around the broads. Staff are really attentive without being intrusive. They come across as genuine. Breakfast was good and they even catered for the dog. Restaurant food was a good choice and decent portions.

    Already reviewed.

Already reviewed. From others reviews it is obvious that there is a big difference in the room allocated. Some are quiet, others over pool room or overlooking patio drinks area. Thin walls are definitely a common problem as many mention noisy functions, we ate our dinner to the noise of a group practising next door. Staffing appears to be a problem as the manager said two people had only started that day and had not yet been trained.
