    Beautiful hotel and location, lovely comfortable and relaxing furnishings and seating. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Room bathroom was dated with poor shower. Not enough catering choice for bitter beer drinkers which was disappointing.

    Waste of time to stay - go for the day to play golf but do not stay hotel was grubby - too busy and service was very poor. We wont ever ben returning. Our friends are big golfers and I will recommend the same to them to not waste their time staying there. would rather stay at a premier inn and know what I am getting for my money.

    We enjoyed our 1 night stay after an early flight into Birmingham. Host was friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and beds are so comfy with soft bed linen that smelt beautiful, didn’t want to get out of bed. We would definitely stay again when visiting Sutton Coldfield

    We had travelled from Wales to Sutton - our home town. Sutton town centre itself has gone down the pan so much it was not good to see. If you are looking to go shopping there is not very much shop wise that is worth going to. We won't be back sadly. If you want a good meal it is worth going to Boldmere just outside Sutton where there are plenty of eateries of all kinds. We would highly recommend the Shaban for absolutely excellent Indian food and service. Sutton Park was still a lovely place to go for a coffee and long walk at Bracebridge.

    Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete...

    Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete with wild ponies. There are some great restaurants in town and plenty of historically interesting sites, especially for Tudor period history buffs. It’s also close to Birmingham city centre which is easy to get to via the trainline

    Our visit was purely to attend a family wedding, the wedding was fantastic and the couple did seem happy with the hotels assistance. The facilities for us as only used briefly were good, all staff interactions were good.

    Easy parking, Warm Welcome. Friendly and comfortable. Amazing big bed. Beautiful setting. Loved it all. My girls loved the hot chocolate served in little pots in the evening. Delicious breakfast in a lovely dining room. We loved it and were a bit disappointed we only had one night there. We would certainly stay again if we were to need a hotel that way again.

    Everything! The hotel was stunning. The architecture and history of the building was fascinating. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel was luxurious with incredible kitchen. Not to mention that all staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience and will be staying there again next time I got to Sutton Coldfield.

    Lovely hotel with plenty of character. The hosts allowed us to check in early ahead of a wedding we were attending which was very helpful. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and quiet night sleep. The cute dog was the best part :)
