    Hotel was perfect location for what we wanted.

    Hotel was perfect location for what we wanted. Would definitely come back again and spend lo ger, we were booked elsewhere for the remainder of our break otherwise we would have stayed put. My only complaint would have been the uncomfortable bed, had springs digging in my back which was not good as I'm recovering from two fractures.

    The staff are welcoming and efficient, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was also spacious and with good choice plenty of parking and good space at rear in garden to relax in on an evening

    St Leonards was a great place to stay.

    St Leonards was a great place to stay. Staff friendly & helpful. Everything spotlessly clean. Bedroom was roomy, everything we needed for an overnight stay. We ate in restaurant, food was good, breakfast even better. Lots of choice. Plenty of quality fresh fruit. Huge car park and field behind pub. Would definitely return

    Comfortable , large room. Well maintained and very clean. Easy access to Restaurant and outside eating area in courtyard. Staff/Customer Service Excellent - from everyone. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and stress free.

    Didn't like any of it Poor food, service appalling Pillows uncomfortable. Room decor was good and we could step out onto the grounds which was bonus. Bathroom good They need far more staff who need training in hospitality

    Nice place. just right off the A31, The room was great very spacious, free parking in front of the hotel. friendly staff, short simple check in. Good comfy bed, good bathroom well modernised. big TV. Wifi great although keeps asking to log on, but works great. Drive to Bournemouth was about 18 mins and very easy, straight into town. Ammenities close by include BP Garage, and Starbucks up the road. Solid place for a weekend trip, biking, walking etc. Downstairs pub/restaurant do a good breakfast. Coming and going at night was easy enough.

    A fantastic HQ for our weekend of fun and festivities. I’ve always enjoyed staying here and also coming for various events over the last 20 years or so. The rooms are excellent and well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. We chose this hotel as our home for the weekend, while we celebrated a friend’s major birthday. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, without being obsequious. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), was all beautifully prepared and presented.

    good pub on site friendly staff who were great with our 3 year old clean, comfortable room clean, modern bathroom this is one of the only hotels I’ve stayed at that have actual bath sheet size towels dog friendly room options located well with amenities nearby very good black out curtains in the room
