The comedy history walking tour was the highlight for us.
The comedy history walking tour was the highlight for us. Still chuckling at the silly humour. It’s a beautiful area, with great walks and plenty to do, with speed boat trips, surfing, gourmet seafood at Porthgain and of course the cathedral. The weather was changeable, which made the boat trip quite exciting. We saw lots of seals and pups. We plan to come back earlier in the summer for the puffin season. Beautiful coastline, great for coastal walks and swimming/surfing, especially at Whitesands Bay. Lovely villages with pubs/restaurants serving fresh seafood, such as The Shed Bistro at Porthgain. Friendly, local people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
