Everything, I arrived and the receptionist was so kind, he explained me what to do and the thing to do ! He booked for me à table at their bar for the dinner. Food was great as the waiter. It is an old building so you can heard the people walking on the stairs but it is very fine, it comes with the beauty of the hotel

    The location is also an excellent base if you have access to your own car and want to explore all parts of the island. Me and my best friend Mike set out to do a proper photo trip and document the island - and it exceeded our expectations in several ways. Then it should be added that we were incredibly lucky with the weather as well, which not least gave the feeling of a magnificent holiday!

    We took an amazing long walk to Carbost (Talisker Distillery, Old Inn), then up over the hills to the Talisker Bay Beach (unimaginable scenery), lastly back to Port na Long via Fiskavaig. Dun Ardtreck is also worth a visit (incredible views). Further daytrips than the aforementioned may require a car.
