I lived in Petersfield for most of my life and come back...
I lived in Petersfield for most of my life and come back fairly regularly to visit family and friends. It’s a lovely market town and there is the Heath Lake which is very scenic. The shops have improved since I last visited and there are now some very good bars/restaurants. We ate mostly at Wetherspoon because we had to eat out a few times. I actually came to meet up with family. I fou nd the area well located for visits to other towns and villages. A charming village near the glorious South Downs.
