This was the quintessential country pup.
This was the quintessential country pup. It was everything I was hoping for right down to the resident border collie Labrador Emma. Dog friendly pup. The staff were great, the food fantastic, apparently the chef has been there 19 years and folks come from all over to eat. I wish I could have stayed longer. The bar had two log burners, which added to the cozy feel. Our room was lovely, well appointed with a really comfy bed. The best element by far was the food, we had an evening meal, delicious, the beef shin just fell apart it was so tender. Breakfast was just as good.
