It was a lovely couple of days.
It was a lovely couple of days. Lots to see and do within a short car ride. It was a shame that a wedding party arrived on our second night with happy but boisterous ladies. The staff were excellent, nice and very helpful. Breakfast was average and the evening meals were adequate, but the hotel was lovely as you would expect from a country manor house, very quirky too. The room and especially the bathroom are superb, very cleanly kept too, Would we go back ? We booked this hotel the day we were driving home as we was tired and it was half way home. Great access to M6 made the drive home today so much easier.
