Great base for local attractions for example Alton Towers and Twycross Zoo. Clean, well presented property that was very well equipped meaning we could cater for ourselves and make picnics up. Large Aldi short drive away. Easy to find following owner directions and/or satnav. Quiet estate with small children’s park nearby. Stayed here for two days at Alton Towers. Everything was great. Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Nice safe neighbourhood with a Tesco Express nearby. Anna left us some milk, tea, coffee, chocolates and crisps which was a really nice touch. The property was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I think that what we paid for our stay was very reasonable for the vastness of the accommodation. The white towels were beautifully laundered, soft and smelt delightful. Don't go unless you don't really care that much for a good night's sleep or good decor. Food was mediocre, said homemade chips, definitely not, frozen. Quite expensive for cheap ingredients. The property was absolutely perfect.
The property was absolutely perfect. I would like to say it’s not Hilton it is in Hatton. We only stayed one night after visiting relatives in Barnsley. It was a perfect stop to visit The National memorial Arboretum. From there we travelled to Somerset .Guest review bybrianUnited Kingdom

Having to eat gluten free and dairy free, I was extremely pleased that my dietary problems were well catered for. The chef came out to check with me and offer me alternative suggestions.
