    The location was perfect for flying out the next morning.

    The location was perfect for flying out the next morning. We did choose to pay for the shuttle to Terminal 5, rather than haul our luggage on the free train. It's a very nice hotel, the room was small but comfortable for 1 night, and the beds were fine, though a little on the firm side as the English seem to like. We had a very nice Indian dinner at the Urban Brass conveniently located in the hotel lobby. The Indian choices were authentic and delicious, not overly spicy as Indian food goes. I think the Indian choices are better than the English side of the menu, as it is primarily Indian with a very friendly staff from India. I would recommend this hotel.

    The buffet breakfast was ideal for us and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. There were people around to help you to a seat and so the dining room didn't seem too overcrowded. The staff greeted us and that made a difference to our experience for breakfast!! The room was better than expected and we took a walk in the evening despite it being on a busy road. The reception staff helped with information about the shuttle bus to our terminal and it all worked well. We ate in the evening at the pub down the road which was very busy but good value food.

    Location iscideal for our terminal. We booked the airport taxis from the machine in the foyer. Which was easy to use and reliable. Only stayed the 1 night before our early flight the next day. We did not arrive at the hotel until after 22:30 pm.

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in...

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in September, one of which was specifically a twin room for my two sons (aged 18 and 21). On arrival, after a long and confusing check-in process, we were first told that the hotel could not find our reservation. After around 15 stressful minutes, they eventually located it—only to then inform us that they had no twin rooms available due to an unspecified "issue," which was never properly explained. Instead, they gave my sons a king bed to share. These are two grown men, so it was completely unsuitable. In the end, one of them had to sleep on the floor. This was a shocking and very disappointing start to our holiday, especially after booking so far in advance.

    Pleased with the quality of hotel.

    Pleased with the quality of hotel. Excellent shuttle service Limited food availability on late evening arrival, although there was a choice of two meals and I hadn't been sure if there would be any food as no information in pre arrival emails

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2.

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2. Large bar area and food served until very late if you need any. Rooms good sized and bathroom decent with good power shower, Bed very comfortable so slept very well, which is unusual for me.

    Very comfy and quiet hotel with an extremely convenient location attached to Terminal 5 in Heathrow. Staying here the night before our flight made our experience of flying long-haul so much more comfortable, and I would definitely stay again. The hotel is huge and has a restaurant, bar and cafe plus a couple of shops. We didn't hear planes at all in our room, but you can see them shortly after takeoff in the cafe area. Superior room had a bath with shower attachment as well as a separate shower cubicle, which is unusual now in London.

    Great location with easy access to Heathrow T4, including an overpass for even smoother movement between the hotel & the airport &/or using the underground to reach London & especially the West End. The facilities in the room were excellent, especially the shower. The room was spacious & the bed extremely conducive to a great night's sleep. The reception staff were great accommodating all our requests. This is our third stay here & will use it again if we are flying to or from T4

    Great Lille find and excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable bed. Friendly efficient staff and excellent location only a 15 minute walk to Ruislip Māori where there are bars,shops & restaurants.Plus tube station into London. Also behind the Hotel there is a train station. It has its own bar and has complimentary continental breakfast. When we were there the Hotel was getting refurbished on the outside.

    Everything! The hotel is ideally located for Heathrow and there is a bus to right outside the door. Same with buses into London. Very easy. The room was spacious, very comfy bed and everywhere clean. The shower in the bathroom worked fine and there is a bath too. The staff are charming. Nothing is too much trouble. This was my second visit and I shall definitely use again.

    Staff great. Special thanks to Adham for humour and patience with exhausted couple who arrived 4 hours late at midnight due to missed flight. Breakfast really good - far better than we expected from an airport hotel. Interior parts actually rather nice! we actually used the hotel as a base to visit a friend in london as it was so much cheaper than a central london hotel
