Absolutely beautifully put together! Cozy and relaxing, come down as a group for work and it’s been a pleasure to stay there, Helen the host always happy to help and nothing but a pleasure staying there thanks again to Helen and her husband for everything they done whilst I was staying thanks again

This hotel is really a hidden gem. I do admit that we found it by chance, and this sure was one lucky chance. Great hotel in an old building. The people working there, more or less made us feel more like family than guests, without in any way being invasive. They always had time for a little chat, and very politely suggesting things to see, and places to eat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Isle of Wight.

The place was great! Super central location and the family room was perfect for our group of friends. Check in was easy. The host was very responsive and friendly. The car park was close by and the included breakfast at the pub across the square was delicious! A proper english breakky. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great and very helpful : the two ladies at check in, the housekeeping staff, the lady who served us at the bar and the gentleman who made us dinner (the nachos were delicious and very generous at a small price!). Thanks to everyone for a warm welcome :)
