Angie and staff were just so awesome. They were very attentive and made my stay feels like home away from home. One of things that stood out was the fact that the replenished the bottled water in the rooms most 4 start don’t even give a bottle of water at the start.

The owner is a lovely man which we really enjoyed have a chat with! The location of the property is amazing, very quite, lovely view and very close (within walking distance) from train station and amenities. The property itself is a gem, outstanding furniture's and facilities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Unusual location for a farm, being just off the motorway. Once you are used to the roads it is very easy to drive to either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Excellent room and breakfast. Good wifi and good price for Scotland. Despite the closeness, there is no problem with the traffic noise.

John made us feel very welcome, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The cottage is really a wonderful place to stay, it has loads of room, great kitchen, excellent bathroom, living room and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely be back.
